COMPANY OVERVIEW

The company started its operations in 1968 under the name and style of "Pearl Plastic Products" and subsequently because of its quality and performance it was recognised as pioneer in the field of manufacturing plastic automobile products. At present we are manufacturing plastic components for the OE Manufacturer. We are in the process of expanding our business in the OEM segment. The company has embarked on a modernization program to that end it has chosen to go for quality management system as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 in its organization.

Company’s aims are to start Dash Board and Bumper moulding with high growth rate and new production technology.

M/s. Prima Pvt. Ltd. is committed to cater to the following industrial needs.

  • Cater to the needs in Automobile and other related industries.
  • To carry out jobs in Thermoplastics like ABS, HIPS, ACRYLIC, DELRIN, PP, NYLON, COMPOUNDED PLASTICS, PC etc. for Injection moulding.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

  • 2007 imported machines like Battenfeld, Demag, UBE for new facility
  • 2010 placed order with machine manufacturer from China (Zhejiang Sound/ Sperry Sound from India) for machine up to 4000T
  • 2013 – We did agreement with automotive parts tool maker from China, Taizhou for Dashboard (I.P) & Bumper mould manufacturing within time line and very good quality with target cost
  • 2016 now we have approximately 60+ machines injection moulding range (80T-4000T) and blow moulding (5 Lit – 210 Lit) across all plants in Pune.
  • Now we are direct suppliers to major local automotive manufacturers like TML, MAN Trucks, John Deere, FIAT, Piaggio, M&M, Kubota, M&M Reva
  • Non Auto – ThyssenKrupp, Nilkamal, Wirtgen,
  • Export to USA - 3% of total turnover
